Mr. C gives a one-year warranty on repairs from the date of original repair. However, adjustments to the watch or clock are sometimes necessary after the initial repair.  It is important for clients to understand that no watch is guaranteed accurate timekeeping as it was originated by the manufacturers when the time pieces were new.  Other problems can arise after the initial repair is performed, therefore, we will make timekeeping adjustments throughout the warranty period as needed.  However, our warranty does not apply to damages incurred by the client after repair such as tampering or mishandling of the timepiece. The Warranty also excludes batteries, wrist bands, case, and crystals and does not cover moisture intrusion from improper handling of the stem and crown or damages to the crystal.
